I Was Laughing And Accidentally Inhaled A Piece Of Gum. Will It Be Possible?

Yesterday I was laughing and in haled a piece of gum. I dont think its in my lungs but rather in my sinus cavity. First is this even possible? And second how do I onow if its really stuck or simply irritated from the event? Any harm in try to wait it out?

It is not really possible for the gum to enter the sinuses and i think it has entered your food pipe, it would have not enter your wind pipe otherwise you would have choked, so i dont think you should be worried and can wait,
