I Weigh 200 Lbs At The Age Of 17. Is It OK?

Hi I am 17 and I weigh 200 lbs! what should I do. If you look at me you would not think i weigh that much but i do. I am not the one with the belly hanging over all i have is the hips. what can i do to loose weight?

Next start running, cycling or swimming. Join a gym. Use public transport so that you get to walk more, ditch the elevator & use the stairs.

You have to check your Height with weight...,
Then only think of weight reduction ....o.k..,
