I Went To Urgent Care With A Pain In My

I went to Urgent Care with a pain in my left side over the breast area and back. They did an EKG and said heart is okay and it's probably a muscle pull or nerve injury. I know I pulled my grandson with my left side to stop him from following my daughter out the door and she thinks it may be a pulled muscle or nerve injury. It happened about Dec. 20th. Is there something I can use to relieve this pain; the discomfort keeps me up at night when I turn on my left side and my bra bothers me when I wear it?
