I Went To Dentist For Swollen Gums ( No Blisters

I went to dentist for swollen gums ( no blisters or anything else). I got deep cleaning and fillings. I got prescribed Amoxicillin 875 mg one in morning and one at night. and Metronidazole 500mg 1 tablet 4 times a day. ( on the first day only took half dose). On the third day I started feeling really dizzy, and at night my hands started tingling and my scalp felt like if it was burning. I felt worst as I took next dosis. I have oily dandruff and it started drying out. I felt worst the third day of taking them. My gums were better by second day. Went to physician and said it was other cause and to try to take antibiotics, to stop little by little if still felt sick. I took antibiotics one more day and felt worst. My hands felt hot and cold. I stopped taking metronizadole the next day. Felt better, but scalp burning and body continued and felt so cold and hot. My vagina became completely dry too. The only relieve was to drink lots of water. I felt so tired and felt so bad that went to ER the next day, but they said I was ok. All blood work okay per physcian but need to take iron. I still can't sleep at night or lay down completely without feeling burning tingly that goes up to my scalp and hands and my restless leg got worst. My head feels hot. However, I do feel slightly better but stopped taking antibiotics by 4th day. I had followup with dentist said I need to finish antibiotics to make sure all bacteria is gone. On top of that I'm feeling an upset stomach due to iron. I don't know what to do. I don't want ignore dentist orders, but I'm afraid I'll get worst if I take them,but at same time I don't want to get the gum infection back. ER doctor gave me a referral for neurologist, and will be making appointment.
