I went to the ER yesterday i was eating a sandwich and my stomach just cringed up and severely started hurting and i threw myself on the ground i was there for 8 hours shots of morphine everything to try and keep me stable for a few minutes before i would have the same pains again. It has been this way for 5 months now been to 5 different er and the one i went to yesterday said i have colitis with a ct scan and a sonogram at first they said gallstones which I've had before but they didn't find any. i have no idea what to do i just tried eating again and the pain came back immediately i haven't eaten in two days now.. what do you suggest i do another trip to the er i went to a colon and rectal doctor and they want to do a colonoscopy bu I've already had a flex cig i just want to know what is causing these attacks and what dr i should go see what medicines i need to be on etc. i have tylenol 3 which does no justice at there slightest bit, ciprofloxicin and promethazine i need help asap! by the way my pain is upper right abdomen sharp severe stabbing pain/cramping pains.
