I Will Kinda Get Hot Flashes And Feel Like Im Nervous, Please Suggest
I will be just about to sleep then I wake up and my heart will start beating fast and my heart won't hurt but I can feel it and I will kinda get hot flashes and feel like I'm nervous for some reason and will last for a while and can not go to sleep even when I'm so tired

Based on your symptoms of palpitation ( heart beat fast),hot flushes, and nervousness need to rule out hyperthyroidism.You need to be examined clinically for thyroid nodule, and cardiac assessment.You need to consult initially general physician and thyroid function test to be done.Treatment based on further evaluation and reports
