I Would Like To Know Whether The Below Mentioned Medicines Are Safe For A Small Kid

hi my sevevteen month old boy has fever with cough and low apetite since last monday. earlier he was administered ibugesic syrup. from yesterday night he has running ear problem also. now doctor has given him Crophen syrup, augmentin duo syrup and vizylac dry powder. are these medicines safe foe such a small kid.
