IA Am 50 Years Old, Healthy Female. I Had A

IA am 50 years old, healthy female. I had a TIA a de weeks ago, MRI and carotid artery test came back normal. Today, I became extremely dizzy and had blurred double vision, only last a few minutes. I have been having a lot of headaches but seem to be more a sinus headache, and my let eye is twitching all day. What could it be? Hate to go back to the dr, when all the test came back ok.
