IBS/Urinary Incontience

I think I have both IBS and Stress Incontinence. Should I waste money and get a doctor to diagnose this for me? What are the benefits to doing so?

Ibs can be treated with medicines.
Stress incontinence needs evaluation before treatment. Initial stages (stage 1) can be treated with medicines and perineal exercises. Severe stress incontinence can be treated by minimally invasive surgical procedures like TVT-O which is very effective.
Don't hesitate to get the treatment done.
