IBS, Stomach Cramps After Meals. Glucose Intolerance?

hi.i was diagnosed with ibs about 6 months ago.i treat it with medication but recently i have noticed that i suffer really badly with stomach cramps the day after i have drank lucozade, and noticed the same after eating baked beans. could i have a glucose intollerance.

you should go for d xylulose test to diagnose carbohydrate mal absorption syndrome, avoid fried foods and fast food, increase roughage intake, take isaphgul twice a day. avoid food which you cant tolerate well. avoid stress and do aerobics daily.
