IS IT POSSIBLE TO OVULATE DURING THE 9TH DAY OF MENSTRUAL PERIOD? I have a regular menstrual cycle of 30 days and my menstrual bleeding stops on the seventh day [but not completely]

Usually it is 14 days befor your bleeding and hence ovulating on the 9th day is less likely and is not the case seen routinely. Anyway why is this doubt after all?
