Hello sir,Iam 31 yrs old women undergone hystrectomy 1 year back.Now I went for check up diagnosed as fluid collection in pouch of douglas and the doctors are suspecting PID.But I don't have any sign regarding that.Is it PID

It can be a sign of PID. As you are symptomatic no treatment is required. You can repeat an ultrasound scan after two weeks to check whether the change persists or not. If the fluid collection persists a laparoscopy may be required.
