IUD, No Menstrual Cycle,nipple And Breast Pain,breast Cancer But No Pain.Recommendation?

I am experiencing breast pain, I have read all the articles from google, but my issue is they are all about the menstrual cycle, i have an IUD and dont have a menstrual cycle. I do have a cyst but am now experiencing Nipple pain, like something is trying to exit my nipple, this causes me to have severe Panic attacks, I am also high risk for breast cancer, but have been told that there is no pain with cancer... What could this pain be from? Could the cyst be attached to the nipple from the inside? Thank you for your time..

a cyst could get inflamed and cause pain in the local area. however, it is always a good idea to get a thorough exam done and preferably a biopsy to find out exactly what is causing the pain.
