I'm A Trumpet Player, And The Center Of My Upper

I'm a trumpet player, and the center of my upper lip has been spasming for a little over a week now. I took a couple of days off and it slowed a bit, but now that I'm back to playing the spasming is more frequent. This is an obvious concern, because trumpet playing is my career. The twitching occurs on my top lip right below the contact point of my mouthpiece. Is this a major concern, or is it simple fatigue?
