Hello Varsha and thanks for the query
For the proper diagnosis you needs to be investigated for Cervical Spondylosis, any blood supply insufficiency to brain which may cause this and even MRI head to rule out any type of lesion, it can be due to anxiety also.
Consult your doctor and investigate it and get to a diagnosis.
Till you consult your doctor take complete rest and proper diet.
Break your work into small steps like if you want to get up from bed and walk than break in into 4 steps.
Take some analgesic for pain.
Do regular exercise for cervical problem.
Hope this will help you.
Best Wishes
