In Need Of Weight Gain. Present Weight 48 Kg, Height 167 Cm. No Intake Of Meat. Suggest About Protein Powder For Weightgain

Doctor, My name is Jidhu. I am 25 year old working in a central government office in bangalore. Actually my problem is under weight. Eventhough I am 167cm in height my weight is only 48 kg. Look wise also I an very leen. So I want to improve my body weight and want to become fat also. I wont take chicken, mutton etc. I take only vegitables Fish and egg. So kindly suggest one method to become fat. And give me suggestion about Protein powder and all.

Hi,
Having less weight at this age might be due to lack of high protein diet.
Take plenty of high nourishing diet like, milk, ghee, butter, cheese, panier, pulses, cereals, puddings.
Take good amount of fat and carbohydrates.
Take fish, eggs.
Take daily dry fruits.
Take plenty of green veggies and fresh fruits.
You can take protein powder and multivitamin supplements.
Avoid more extensive exercise which can cause negative calorie balance.
Avoid stress.
Ok and take care.
