Inconsistent Stool And Intense Hunger. Taken Antibiotic And Worm Medicine However No Relief. What Does It Indicate?

Hi doctor, i dont know my problem, its just that i got hungry a lot, so i just eat, i can go to the toilet like 5 or 6 time a day, sometimes its normal stool and sometimes its diaerete, i drunk worm medicine, antibiotic for bacteria, its didnt change anything, sometimes its persistant diaerete, sometime i can eat and just go to toilet after, can you advise me please

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Probably you are suffering from irritable bowel syndrome.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT Ultrasound of abdomen, Stool(routine and microscopic examination).
There is no specific treatment for irritable bowel syndrome.
Treatment is phychological therapy, diet alteration and medicines in selected cases.
You should take plenty of fibres and liquid in your diet.
You should also do walking and exercise.
