Increased Prostate, Fatty Liver, High Blood Sugar, Heart Disease. Taking Ecosprin And Dutagen. Suggestions?

Hello Doctor good morning. I am G. Jha from Ranchi. I am an old heart patient & under gone bypass surgery in 2000 at the same time i was a diet controlled diabetic . Since one year the sugar level does remain controlled & i am also a polyuratic. so Doctor prescribed Glimsite M 1mg per day but now it is not effective. My present blood sugar level is F-150 7 & P P 223. 3months before i felt stomach pain in the lower abdomen so i consulted an urologist who suggested different blood tests, X-ray KUB,x-RAY CHEST 7 ultra soundof upper, lower bladdder PVR.On the basis of those increased prostate , fatty lever were diagonised in addition to blood sugar & old heart disease . The S.G.O.T.( A.S.T).& ( A.L.T) levels are 57 u/l & 112 u/l respectivelu. At the moment iam taking these medicine Telshtan H, ECOSPRIN AV ected Doc75, Glimsite M 1mg & Dutagen 0.5 mg.Respected Doctor please give your valuable suggetions & guidance wether the course of action is or what should i do?
