Increased Pus Volume In The Sperm Count. Cannot Impregnate My Wife. Suggestions?

hello dr.
I am 36 yrs.old man.I have a 8 years old daughter and am struggling for next from many years. My latest semen reports show 78 million count with 55 morality with 80% complete sperms, but also highlights 8-10 hop pus.some months before under medical advice I took doxy tab.for about a month and the push went down to 2-4 hpp.why do I developed again pus with increased volume and what medicines should I take for how long kindly advice me.I dont have any discharge nor regular but many a times itching while urinate.plzz help

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some infection in your genital tract, mostly in your seminal vessels or scrotum.
This might cause of not having pregnancy to your wife.
Your semen count looks normal.
Consult sexologist or urologist and go for appropriate antibiotic medicine course for long time.
Ok and take care.
