Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
Let me explain your query one by one.
With the available described symptoms, there appears to be possibility of dyspepsia with chances of gastroenteritis.
Polyp in gall bladder is a common problem and surgery is generally done when size is > 10 mm.
Although liver heamangioma size is progressively increasing but this is never associated with dyspeptic symptoms. You should keep watch on the size of liver haemangioma by frequent Ultrasound imaging.
Gilbert's syndrome is also associated with conjugated hyperbilirubinemia and never causes defined symptoms.
Rest defined investigations are in normal limits.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist and should go for thorough check up.
You should take complete antibiotic therapy along with prokinetics.
You should continue Rabeprazole along with Alverine as advised by your treating docotr.
Take care,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
