Dear sir

Usually liver enzymes gets elevated due to hyperactivity of liver rather than having structural or anatomical problems

Most of the timesmdrugs, alcohol and high fatty foods will cause elevation of liver enzymes. Hepatits in such cases will cause elevation of liver enzymes also causing pain in the ribs with pleural irritation.

What best you can do is to take a course of hepatic detoxifiers .

Thanks
