Infant. Irregular Stools, Passing Gas. On Breastmilk And Formula. Diagnosed Insufficient Milk Intake. Help

am having 4 month old boy baby ,past 2 months he not going motion regularly . once in 5 day only he going by inserting tablet in his an-nus . Is there any problem . but he releases gas regularly . i consults some doctors they told tat milk is not enough for child then am giving breast feeding & milk alternatively but no changes been occur.am very scared about it.
pls give some tips

hello
as your baby having irregular stool with passing gas .
passing gas is indicating that there is some digestive problem.
As your doctor telling that feeding is insufficient , if there is insufficient feeding there will not be weight gain properly,
If the weight gain is ok according to age that means feeding is ok.
if the weight gain is not sufficient increase the volume of feed.
If the weight gain is ok it is to be rule out the cause of indigestion
i will advise you to give more breast feed than the formula milk
