Infant. Mildly Elevated ALT Of 82, Elevated Bilirubin Of 15.9. Breastfed, Other Activities Normal. Guide

I have a 1 month old caucasian female with persistent elevated total bilirubin level, the latest being 15.9 and conjugated 0.5. She is exclusively breast fed, feeding well, gaining adequate weight also. Further tests were done and came back normal except a mildly elevated ALT of 82. Blood counts are within normal limits. Could this be breast milk jaundice and how should this infant be managed?
