Hope you are doing good. You should not give any kind of semi solid food or almonds to your baby till 6 months OR your baby has the sufficient head control to allow him to swallow safely. Give him just Mother milk after 6 months you can start semi solid food.
rice cereal mixed with breastmilk or formula is a good first choice. Fruits, vegetables and meats that you grind at home.
Sucking had is not a disease or a problem often babies have that reflexes. After feeding him put him on should and try to rub has back for awhile to digest the milk. Usually babies cannot digest the milk.

I advise you to stop giving almond at present as infants around this can not digest the almonds.

You can start semisolid infant diet from 6 months onwards and you can give home made like rice flour or commercially available preparations such as Cerelac.

Vomiting after keeping hand in mouth is due to gag reflex and this will decrease as his age advances.

Normally babies double their weight by the age of six months or five months.
Babies should be exclusively breast fed till the age of 6 months. During this period nothing else needs to be given for the baby. Breast milk is important because it helps in brain growth. It has the right things required for the baby. It protects the baby against infections.
