You have raised a number of queries but have not provided the chronological sequence of events which will help me in guiding you. The following information will help us:
1. Why was your daughter admitted? For how long and what treatment given?
2. What medication has been prescribed for urine infection?
3. What is the total and differential white blood count?
4. Any fever at present?
Rash can appear over the body due to allergy to the milk being given or can be a part of the infective process.
I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.
