Infant Born With Giant Congenital Melanocytic Nevus, Bony Lump Under Nose Skin. Could This Be Sinus Infection?

My granddaughter was born with giant congenital melanocytic Nevis covering 80 % of her body. She is 3 very healthy but we have discovered a small boney lump under her skin at the bridge of her nose slightly near her right eye. Could this be a sinus infections or is thus something to worry about

Hello there!
There is nothing to worry about, that bony lump involves nasolacrimal duct and needs evaluation and if necessary a simple dacrocystorhinostomy a procedure safe and easy.
