Infant Cured From Severe Cough, Cold, Fever And Chest Congestion. Is It Safe To Give Cypon Drops?

Hello, my daughter who is 10 months old is having severe cough, cold and fever. Her entire chest is blocked with cough. With the help of a doctor, that is cured now. Now she refuses to take bottle while she is awake and during sleep as well. Doctor has given CYPON drops, 15 drops, twice. Is it safe to use? She otherwise is a healthy child who eats everything.

Hi,
Your child has recovered from severe cough/cold/ fever. Doctor must have given Cypon drops to avoid recurrence due to allergy. Protect her from exposure to cold/dust/infection.
If she is eating sufficiently, you can give it for few days & try to built her resistance in the time by giving her high protein/vitamin rich diet,Vitamin B complex (Lactobasillus ) supplements.

I always advise to all the mother those are coming to me with their babies, that never ever give any medicine to baby without the proper reasons and without the advise of doctor always try to consult good paediatrician, so here also I would like to say you that no need to give any medicine if the baby does not have any problem, take care of your baby and have good day.
