my baby is 6 weeks old today, and she randomly started to gasp for air, i looked at her and she was choking, some spit up started to come out of her nose, but she still couldnt breathe then her saliva started getting all bubbly and sticky, and she couldnt swallow. she is calm now but im still worried it could happen again. what could cause that?

Hi! don't worry its AEROPHAGIA caused by ingestion of air with fluids. Burp the baby infant adequately after each breast-feed by carefully placing over your shoulders and lightly patting her back, even better if you are walking and doing the same. Infants can't swallow properly because their muscles are not well developed and burping them after each feed appears to be the only practical solution to this problem.
