Infant Having Excess Facial Hair, Is Given Daily Massage, Want To Know Effective Solution Without Hurting Her Skin

Hii Doctor, My daughter is 3months old and fair complexion ...when she was born she had alot of hair all over her body, like forehead , upper lips , back and shoulders...hair has almost gone from her back and shoulders but forehead hair & upper lips dont find any difference...i massage her daily...kindly help as hair seems to grow thicker and darker and since she is fair very noticable...people often suggest different methods but i need good advice which should not affect her skin get the hair removed...

hi she is a very young child. the hair on her body is lanugo hairs and vellus type. it will gradually shed off as she grows. dont worry a lot. use a mild cleanser like episoft for bathing her. u can massage her with coconut oil or olive oil. anyways her skin is very sensitive. so dont overdo. tk care.
