Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Repeat dose of Paracetamol if she has documented fever again( Paracetamol may be given 4-6 times a day and every dose not exceeding 10mg/kg of bdy weight.

There is no cause of concern if following criteria are fulfilled

1. Accepting feeds well
2. Normal respiration
3. Sleeping well
4. Cry , tone and activity normal

if the above features are fulfilled its likely to be viral infection and should settle down. If the fever persists would suggest you to consult your Pediatrician

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
