Infant Having Reddish Brown Spots On Stomach. Should I Be Concerned?

My 10 mo old son woke up this morning with a reddish brown spot on his stomach it is right at the base of where the ribs end, it is on the right side and about the size of a fifty cent piece, and he has one on his left side of his stomach (same spot) but it is a little less visable. Is this something I should be concerned about? I have never seen anything like this before.

Dear freinds as u describe your lesion on stomach likely to be a allergic rash, so u give Drop Zyrtec(cetrizine) 5 dropd twice a day.
