Infant Having Viral Fever, Prescribed Antibiotic, Temp Came Down, Pus Cells Detected In Urine Routine. Why Sudden Temp Down?

Hi Doctor , my daughter is 6 months old. As she was having viral fever with temp of 103 F she was prescribed for ibulgesic syrup. Now after urine routine report Pus cells were detected. Now she is given antibiotic taxim and waiting for urine culture report. My ques is after taking both the medicines her temp came down to 93.5 F. We gave her external heat and put warm clothes. Why this sudden decreased in temp?
