Infant Hit Her Head, Soft Area On Head Sunked Inside. Will It Cause Injury?
Hi, I am a mother of an one-year-old, today when I carried her from the high chair, her head s front soft spot accidentally hit my my jaw. Then I felt her head to check if her soft spot was ok, and I found her soft spot was sunken in. She didn t cry at all and behaves normally ever since, and the sunken soft spot went back to normal after a short while. But I still can t stop worrying about it. Could you please tell me if that kind of hit could possibly bring injury? Thank you!

Usually this type of injuries doesnt cause much significant problems to the child except some pain after the injury. Nothing to worry and observe the child for vomitings. altered behavoir for 24 hours if any concern consult your doctor.
