Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi Chetan
The brown color fluid may be altered blood because of the action of gastric acid. Any trauma or injury in mouth? As some times bleeding from oral cavity or nose will go to stomach and they will vomit with coffee ground color vomitus. Consult your Pediatrician and he will examine for the source of bleeding and treat accordingly.
