Infant Passing Frequent Stools During Night With White Discharge From Vagina. Need To Consult Pediatrician?

My baby girl is 10 days old. During the day, she passes the stools normally but the frequency of the stools increases in the night. In the night, her stools are more watery alongwith white gooey discharge from her vagina. She also spits out some milk even after taking the burps. She is taking short breastfeeds approx 15-20 mins per breastfeed during the day. Also, sleep is less during the night for the baby.
Please suggest if there is a need to consult with a pedeatrition.
