hi sir, my son s 9 months old. suffering from severe cold and cough,temp is about 99.8F.i am using meftal-p, tmic,and astomile. i am using cepodem antiboiatic right own. when we should use meftal-p. my son is 9.9kg weight.

he is not able to breath at night. he s suffering from three days. plz advice

Meftal-P is used when there is high temperature 10 mg/kg body weight.
