Infant Suffering From Viral, Given Fixime-ds 2.5ml, Dolo 250, No Relief. What To Do?
Hello sir my 9month baby suffering from viral last three days doc.Give him medicine fixime-ds 2.5ml& dolo 250(3.5 ml) but 3rd whole day fever is 101 not getting down after giving the medicine or thande pani ki patti bhi rakhi but temperature not down what to do

Fever could be viral or bacterial in nature.it takes 48hours for antibiotic to act in case it os bacterial in nature and viral will take its time.
Continue with paracetamol ever 4 to 6 hours if fever is above 100F.
Give meftal in case fever is high grade.
Give plenty of fluids.
In case symptoms persiat get him re evaluated by doctor.
