Inflammation, Pain In Ankle, Wrist, Knee, On Medicines. Food Supplements That Help?
I am just a 22 years old boy working in a IT company. I am taking Saaz DS(2 times), Indocap 25(2 times) and Indocap SR(1 time) since last 6 months and still having inflammation and pain in my joints like ankle, wrist and knee , I am a worried is it really helping me? Please advice me for some routine, food, supplements or anything that may can help me.
your are taking drugs for pain wrist, knee and ankle.The medicine your taking are analgesic antinflammatory and are not good for prolonged use.Have you got yourself investigated for cause of pain in these joints
Most probably your having auto immune disease,which needs to be investigated.It is better for you to consult physician specialist to get youself investigated for cause of pain in these joints.

Probably you have spondyloarthropathy -if you are not improving with above medications you need another DMARD to help you apart from saaz or you have other options like biologicals . Do consult a rheumatologist
