Inner Labia Has Inflammation, Bumps On Outer Vagina. What Could It Be?

my inner labia i have what looks to me as an inflamation of some sort it in no way looks like herpies but it some times itches but only on the left side near the opening on my vagina my oder is normal to me my discharge hasnt changed just itching and little bumps (if you were to stick your tongue out and scrape your teeth against the surface of your tongue as you do this this is what the inflamed area looks like but in two lines one on each inner side of the inner labias) if i had to compare it to something. i was just wondering what this COULD be

The inflammation of the labia and bumps are likely to be due to vulvovaginitis. These need oral anti inflammatory medicines, oral antibiotics and local antibiotic with steroid creams for relief. The symptoms are due to an inflammation.
