Inner Thigh Pops On Lying Down. Is This A Bad Sign?

I lay down and my inner thigh pops i was wondering if that is a good or bad sign of a problem. I already hav alot going on i have fibermyalgia, degentertive disc diease, herniated disc and spinal canal stenios (not sure how to spell it) but that is what is wrong with me. My doctor wont help me with the pain. I dont know what to do. Please help me.

The popping noise in the thigh without any pain or stiffness is not worrisome and is not indicative of any pathology. This is a process of dealing with a vacuum in the joint space.
