Insomnia, Chest Pain, Breathlessness , Dizziness, Loss Of Appetite, Numbness In My Fingers. Anxiety Attacks
I've been experiencing anxiety attacks over the past 3 days. My symptoms are insomnia, extreme chest pain and trouble breathing, dizziness, loss of appetite and numbness in my fingers. I try not to use medication when I have the slight attacks but can you recommend a natural remedie that might help me through these stronger attacks. I've tried breathing techniques, stopped drinking coffee and pretty much forced myself to eat. Also, Im not 100 percent sure if these are anxiety attacks as Ive never gotten them this extreme or frequent before.
