Intermittent Chest Pain In Right Side, Burning Sensation After Pain Is Gone, Obese Person. Anything To Worry?

hello .. for the past 2 days i have been having intermitent chest pain on the right hand side. The pain is immense when it occurs and lasts for 20-30 sec and goes off. I try to press the chest with the hand when it occurs but that doesnt help. Once the pain is gone after 20-30 sec i have a burning sensation at the same place which again lasts for 1min max. I am not able to trace a pattern on what causes this pain(i,e when i eat, drink, play). I am a 30 years old obese guy. My height is 5,10 and weight 96kgs. Is there something to worry about?

Hi, it appears that you are suffering with the gastric hyperacidity, causing loss of appitite, which in turn causing weight loss, that is why you are of low weight. When you eat, spicy food it might be appearent. There could be also cardiac ischemia. So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
