Intermittent Stomach Pains, Bright Red Blood In Stools, No Anal Pain. Reason?

I am a 19 year old male, 6 foot about 220 lbs. For the past year i have been waking up to really bad stomach pains and bright red blood in my stool every 2 weeks about. Today i had two bowel movements that were not difficult but there was definetly more than a teaspoon of blood in each movement. I dont have anal pain or anything like that, just stomach pain followed by blood in my stool.

Bright red blood in stools in your case seems to be due to the Piles that is "internal Haemorrhoides" which is painless unlike external haemorrhoides or anal fissure which are painful conditions.
P/R Examination & Proctoscopy should be done by your general surgeon to confirm the diagnosis.
Do blood examination for Haemoglobin.
You can take anti-spasmodics for pain in abdomen.
Appropriate management of the internal haemorrhoides as per their degree should be done by a general surgeon, once diagnosis is confirmed.
Take high-fibre diet, green leafy vegetables, plenty of oral fluids.
Avoid bakery products, eggs, substances causing constipation.
