Intrusive Thoughts Followed By Hot Flashes. Is It Related To Menopause?
Hi, 56 year old female with intrusive thoughts 90% of the time followed by hot flash . It came on yesterday, and has gotten progressively worse. This also happened one month ago, but not near as severe. Lasted just a few days. Is this related to menopause? Because I did have this same experience when I was post partum, over 30 years ago? And at that time it was determined to be hormonal?
Hi, From history it seems that this is common complain during menopause. Having anxiety, depression, over thinking are quite common at this age due to depletion of estrogen and hormonal imbalance. Attend menopausal clinic or consult gynaec and get examined. Ok and take care.
