Irregular Bowel Movement, Thin Stool, Stomach Pain. Taking Helpo Growth Formula. Any Ideas?
Hi about 2 and a half months ago I bought a product called helpo growth formula and about 2 weeks later I began to have irregular bowel movement's and vry small and thin stool.often c-shaped. It says that helpo is 100% natural with no side effects, can these symptoms be coincidental? My stomach also hurts a lot lately especially after eating

First of all, kindly do not get influenced by over the counter medicines or advertisements which claim to increase height.
Height of an individual is genetically determined & a person can not grow taller after the fusion of his growth plates.
The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be due to:
1. Side effects of the constituents present in helpo growth formula.
2. Any infection in the Gastrointestinal tract
3. Gastric ulcer: they usually present with pain abdomen after eating.
So, stop using the growth product.
Symptomatic relief can be obtained by taking antacids, Omeprazole & having a plain, soft diet.
Kindly consult your Physician and get a proper clinical examination done.
Investigation like Ultrasound scan of abdomen & Upper GI endoscopy will be helpful.
