Irregular Heartbeat, No Nausea, Pain, Shortness Of Breath, Headache, Pressure In Head And Neck

Hi. For the last three days I have been having an irregular heartbeat . It feels like the kind of heart beat one gets when nervous or scared. I have not recently done anything different than I usually do, so I am not sure what is causing this. I do not have any nausea , pain, shortness of breath or headache, but I do feel a little pressure in my head and neck .

Hello.

Thanks for writing to us.
The irregular heart beat that you are experiencing without any other associated symptoms can be due t ectopic beats. Other causes can be anxiety, hormonl imbalance, electrolyte imbalances, etc. A few blood tests and an ECG are neded to identify the cause. The treatment will depend on the cause.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
