irregular hyperechoic lesion in the cervical region means what? Cervical region shows small irregular area of about 10mm with multiple specks of calcification . endometrial thickness is 8.5mm. Transabdominal and transvaginal scans show anteverted normal size uterus, measuring 7.3 x 2.9 x 3.7 cms with normal echotexture. No adnexal lesions noted. No free fluid noted in the POD. Pls advice
