Hello Arya
Thank you for getting in touch with us. As I see, you have been having irregular period for sometime. Positrim drink is for weight management and would not in anyway help in solving your current problems. You need to get in touch with an OB_GYN Doctor as soon as possible and work with her to find out the exact cause behind your irregular cycle. It is possible that obesity has lead to irregular cycles but it would be impossible for us to comment on that without examining you first and conducting some tests on you. This problem can easily be treated. Therefore, we recommend you to get in touch with a Doctor as soon as possible. Hope this helped
