Irregular Period. Had Baby. Have Cramps, Blood Have Small Clots, Peachy, Brown, Not Heavy. Feedback?

Hello,

My period is really off! This is the second month that it's been like this, I took 2 tests a wk after my first strange period and they were negative.

Some facts:
I had a baby 7 months ago (but until last month they've been normal)
I'm on the pill

Period facts:
I only bleed when I pee
It's either small clots or stringy
It's either peachy or dark brown
I still have cramps
It's not heavy enough to wear more than a pantyliner and even then there's almost no blood, it's there just in case!

Any feedback will be super helpful, thanks!! :)

Thanks for using HCM
A reduced bleeding could be due to contraceptive pill, which is a usual side effect, which is acceptable. Nothing to worry.
As you have mentioned you are bleeding when ever you pee, I need clarification here, are you passing urine mixed with blood? Or bleeding from vagina.
If your urine is mixed with blood, you need consult a urologist for further evaluation.
Otherwise you are fine

Take care
