Hello madam, your history is incomplete, you did not mention how irregular are your periods, does it come once in 2 to 3 months or 6 months or 40 to 50 days, is there any increase in your weight, what treatment have you taken......Polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD) is one of the common problem resulting in irregular periods. ....Usually hormonal therapy like oc pills will be prescribed for 3 to 6 cycles.....Not necessary that ever women with irregular periods face difficulty in conceiving. ....Also it is important to rule out any underlying medical disorders like thyroid which can cause irregular cycles. ....hope i was helpful to you. ....
